Senior engineering advice and working systems for the Saudi market.
We help contractors, suppliers and government-facing teams in the Kingdom read the tender flow, prepare bid-ready documentation and run delivery with real numbers instead of spreadsheets. Small mandates to programme level.
Three things we are hired for most
Tender intelligence and bid support
A weekly list of the tenders that actually fit you, read by a person, not a keyword filter.
- Filtered tender list with fit reasoning
- Bid or no-bid recommendation in writing
Local content readiness
Built for the 1 April 2027 gate: 30 percent company-level local content on consultancy tenders of SAR 10 million and above.
- Baseline assessment against LCGPA requirements
- Evidence and certificate roadmap
Data and AI readiness
What to do with the data you already hold, in the order that pays back first.
- Data and systems audit
- Two priority use cases with effort and value
One accountable lead, a small team behind it
Engineers, planners, analysts and contracts people who work on every mandate together. The person who scopes the work is the person who delivers it.
- Written weekly rhythm on every engagement
- Deliverables in your templates and your systems
- Your team trained before we leave
Small budgets and large, same discipline
The engagements below are grouped by value band rather than by client name. Ratings are the standards we hold ourselves to and the feedback bands recorded after handover; they are not paid testimonials, and named references are shared on request with the client's consent.
Two of the bands we work in
Small works and single-scope packages
Fit-out packages, maintenance jobs, single-discipline studies and supply. Small value, high frequency, and where most late submissions and missing documents are lost.
Platforms, cloud and multi-site operations
Data platform subscriptions, workplace migration, regional service contracts. This is where reporting discipline decides whether the contract earns or leaks.
Four steps, no theatre
- First call, twenty minutes, no deck.
- Written scope with deliverable, date and price.
- Work runs in a weekly written rhythm you can audit.
- Handover pack plus training for your own team.
The questions that come up first
Do we need a Saudi entity to work with you?
No. Advisory mandates can start immediately under a services agreement. For work that must be awarded to a licensed local entity, we deliver through a registered Saudi partner and stay accountable for the technical scope.
Can you help with Etimad registration and portal work?
Yes. We prepare the supplier file, check the activity classification, and handle the document side of submissions. The portal account itself stays in your name.
What does a first engagement cost?
Assessments and readiness reviews start at SAR 20,000. Retained advisory runs from SAR 8,000 per month. Every proposal states the deliverable, the date and the price before work starts.
