FAQs

Questions we are asked first.

If your question is not here, ask it directly. Straight answers, including when we are not the right firm for the work.

Do we need a Saudi entity to work with you?

No. Advisory mandates can start immediately under a services agreement. For work that must be awarded to a licensed local entity, we deliver through a registered Saudi partner and stay accountable for the technical scope.

Can you help with Etimad registration and portal work?

Yes. We prepare the supplier file, check the activity classification, and handle the document side of submissions. The portal account itself stays in your name.

What does a first engagement cost?

Assessments and readiness reviews start at SAR 20,000. Retained advisory runs from SAR 8,000 per month. Every proposal states the deliverable, the date and the price before work starts.

What changes on 1 April 2027?

Management consultancy tenders of SAR 10 million and above will need at least 30 percent company-level local content, evidenced by a Local Content Certificate. Bids below the threshold are excluded rather than marked down, so the certificate has to be in place before the tender, not after.

Do you work in Arabic?

Bid and contract documents are prepared in Arabic with an English working copy. Study reports are written in English with an Arabic executive summary.

How quickly can you start?

A first call within two working days, a written scope within five. Field and site work is scheduled around access and permits.

Where are you based?

The team works remotely with scheduled on-site presence in Riyadh, Jeddah and the Eastern Province. Deliverables are shared in writing, so progress never depends on a meeting.

Can you sign an NDA before we share documents?

Yes, before any tender file or commercial data changes hands. We also work inside client systems and shared drives when that is the preferred route.

Still unsure? Send one document or one question. You will get an answer from a person, usually within one working day.

Tell us the decision you are facing.

A short call is usually enough to establish whether we can help, what it would take and what it should cost. No obligation, no sales deck.
